Cristina Grisanti, founder of Orianna Peaks Consulting, is passionate about the opportunities and challenges that exist within businesses. Over the past decade consulting, she has led clients through complex initiatives across all functions and diverse industries globally. She has supported organizations from technology startups and civic non-profits to global Fortune 100 healthcare and telecommunications corporations. Cristina pairs her creative, strategic design, process, and analytical expertise with effective program management to successfully lead cross-functional change. She founded Orianna Peaks Consulting in 2021 to focus her work on strategic operations engagements, supporting clients through complex operational challenges resulting from acquisitions, cross-functional misalignment and scaling rapidly.
Prior to Orianna Peaks, Cristina worked for two industry-specific, boutique consulting firms, executing on engagements primarily in the post-acquisition integration space. She began her career as a business analyst supporting marketing and sales data analyses, process design, systems implementations, budgeting and financial modeling.
Cristina earned a B.B.A from Villanova School of Business, a Digital Marketing Strategies Certificate from Northwestern Kellogg Executive Education, completed the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership Development Program (LDP), and has previously held a CAPM Certification from the Project Management Institute.
Cristina is based in Philadelphia, PA and has served clients in all US time zones and internationally.
